We have been fortunate in the opportunity to live abundantly and enjoy fulfilling work. In gratitude, a core value of ours is to give back from our abundance to those in need. Organizations that serve children are often chosen because they benefit those who have the greatest potential to change the future. Some of us also actively sponsor children in third-world countries through these organizations.
Most of us give a percentage of our income to our favorite charities including the following:
World Vision "Building a better world for children." World Vision is dedicated to working with children, families, and their communities worldwide to reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty and injustice. Working in nearly 100 countries around the world, World Vision serves all people, regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, or gender.
SOS Children’s Villages is the world’s largest charity dedicated to orphaned and abandoned children. Since its founding in 1949, SOS Children’s Villages has expanded to over 500 villages in 133 countries. SOS is currently raising over 80,000 children in their villages and through their many education, family strengthening, medical, and outreach programs; they impact the lives of over 1 million people each year.
